依政府菸害防制法第31條規定，本館及客房全面禁

菸，若違反規定可處新台幣貳千元至壹萬元罰鍰，

若經發現於客房或館內抽菸之貴賓，將酌收清潔費

新台幣三千元。(若造成設備毀損，除收清潔費之外

，並須照價賠償)

According to the law of  "Tobacco Hazards

Prevention Act" ,smoking is prohibited in all

indoor public areas, or may face a fine of

NT$2,000 to NT$10,000. Smoking in the room will

result in charges to the occupying guest for

cleaning fee NT$3,000 and the cost of repairing if

any damage caused.
